Any product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, except the product has been used.
While we’re happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges nor cover return shipping fees.

As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to go ahead with the refund or exchange.

Beauty Vicky 1 does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.
Packages that are lost or stolen, once marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, are not eligible for replacements by the company.
